Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2 August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Front Row Breaks website at www.frontrowbreaks.com (the "Site") and any booking you place through it. By using the Site or placing a booking you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place a booking is the version that applies to that booking. The "Last updated" date above shows when the current version took effect.

2. Who we are

Front Row Breaks is a trading name operated by the company set out on our contact page. References in these Terms to "Front Row Breaks", "we", "us" or "our" are references to that company. References to "you" or "your" are references to the person using the Site or placing a booking.

3. Our role: agent for ticket and hotel suppliers

Front Row Breaks acts as a booking agent for third-party event organisers, ticket suppliers, hotel operators and hospitality providers (each a "Supplier"). When you place a booking with us we arrange the contract between you and the relevant Supplier; we are not the principal that performs the underlying event, accommodation or hospitality service.

Each Supplier's own booking conditions apply alongside these Terms. We will draw your attention to the most important supplier terms before you book whenever it is practical to do so, and you should read them carefully. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a Supplier's own terms in relation to the underlying service, the Supplier's terms prevail in respect of that service.

4. Booking process

A booking is made when you select tickets and (where applicable) accommodation through the Site, provide the requested traveller details, accept these Terms, and complete payment in full. Your booking is provisional until we send a written booking confirmation by email. That email is the formal acceptance of your booking and the moment a contract is formed.

Bookings are subject to availability at the point of confirmation. Occasionally an item shown as available on the Site will sell out between your selection and our confirmation; if this happens we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund of any amount taken.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when booking, including the names and dates of birth of all members of your party. Event tickets and hotel reservations are often non-transferable and changes after confirmation may incur supplier-imposed charges or may not be possible at all.

5. Prices and payment

All prices on the Site are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices can change at any time before you complete a booking. The price that applies to your booking is the price displayed at the moment you submit payment and is set out on your booking confirmation.

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via the secure payment provider integrated with the Site. We do not store full card details on our own servers. Card payments are processed over an SSL-encrypted connection.

If a payment is declined we are not obliged to hold the booking and may release the tickets and accommodation for resale.

6. Changes and cancellations by you

Sports event tickets and hotel reservations are typically non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed. If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will request the change from the relevant Supplier on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee that any change or cancellation will be accepted, and Supplier-imposed charges may apply in full.

Where a Supplier permits a change, we may charge a reasonable administration fee in addition to any Supplier charge. We will tell you what the charges are before you confirm the change.

7. Changes and cancellations by us or the Supplier

Live events are subject to factors outside any party's control. Match dates, kick-off times, opponents, race schedules and venue allocations are set by competition organisers and may change at short notice. If the underlying event is rescheduled, your tickets will normally remain valid for the rescheduled fixture; if it is cancelled outright without a replacement date, you will be offered a refund of the ticket element in line with the issuing organiser's rules.

Hotel accommodation may very occasionally need to be substituted by the Supplier (for example, due to overbooking). Where this happens we will work with the Supplier to secure an equivalent or higher standard of accommodation at no additional cost to you.

If we have to cancel your booking before the event, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a refund of all amounts paid to us or, if you prefer and we are able to arrange one, an alternative booking of equivalent value.

8. Ticket delivery

Tickets are issued in accordance with the rules of the relevant event organiser and may be physical, mobile, e-ticket or collect-at-venue. Delivery timing varies by event and is often close to the fixture date for security and anti-touting reasons. We will tell you the expected delivery method at the point of booking and confirm the actual delivery method and timing in your booking confirmation.

It is your responsibility to ensure the contact details on your booking remain current and that you check for ticket delivery messages from us in good time before your event.

9. Travel documents, insurance and personal arrangements

You are responsible for arranging your own travel, passports, visas, health requirements and travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the point of booking. Insurance is not included in the price of your tickets or accommodation unless we have specifically confirmed otherwise in writing.

You are also responsible for arriving at the venue in good time, complying with venue entry requirements (including any identification or membership requirements), and abiding by venue and event organiser rules during the event.

10. Behaviour at the venue

You must behave reasonably and lawfully at the venue and during any associated hospitality. Event organisers and hotels reserve the right to refuse entry or to evict you from a venue or hotel without refund if your conduct breaches their rules or is otherwise unreasonable. We accept no liability for any loss arising from such refusal or eviction where the underlying cause is your conduct.

11. Force majeure

Neither we nor any Supplier is liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where the failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes (without limitation) acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic or epidemic, government restrictions, industrial action, civil disturbance, terrorism, war or threat of war, and the cancellation, postponement or change of any sporting event by its organiser.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

Subject to that paragraph, our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the total price you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of enjoyment beyond the immediate scope of the event, or for any loss caused by the act or omission of a Supplier in performing the underlying service.

13. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, layout, graphics, photographs, logos and code, is owned by Front Row Breaks or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, print and store extracts of the Site for your own personal use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise commercialise any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

14. Acceptable use of the Site

You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, transmit any virus or malicious code, or use automated systems (including scrapers or bots) to extract data from it without our prior written consent.

15. Complaints

If something goes wrong before, during or after your trip, please tell us at the earliest opportunity so we can try to put it right. Our full Complaints Procedure sets out the timescales we work to and the escalation route, including alternative dispute resolution. The fastest first step is to call or email us using the details on the contact page. For complaints arising during an event or stay, please also raise the issue with the Supplier on site, so they have the opportunity to address it.

16. Privacy and cookies

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and our use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or connected to them, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

18. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be sent to us using the details on the contact page.
