Member of Protected Trust Services
Front Row Breaks (Techhound Ltd) is a member of Protected Trust Services (PTS), member number 6337. Your money is held securely and protected in line with the Package Travel Regulations.
How your money is protected
When you buy a package that combines match tickets with accommodation (and sometimes other travel services), you are buying a "package" as defined by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. These Regulations require us to protect the money you pay so that, in the unlikely event that Front Row Breaks were to fail, you would either be able to continue your trip or receive a refund of the money you paid.
We provide this protection through our membership of Protected Trust Services (PTS). PTS operates an independently supervised trust account: the money you pay for a protected booking is held in trust and is only released once your booking has been fulfilled. This keeps your money separate from the day-to-day running of our business and safe until your trip is complete.
What this means for you
- Your money for protected packages is held in an independent trust account, not spent before your trip.
- If we were to cease trading before your event, your booking is protected and you would be refunded or your arrangements fulfilled.
- You book with the reassurance of a scheme designed specifically to comply with the Package Travel Regulations.
